Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: Frisco, TX
           
Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM

Summary: The IT Specialist will provide user support, and network support and administration for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Desktop/Helpdesk support of Windows and Mac laptops and desktops
  • White glove support of C-level officers & executives
  • Local Area Network Management including
    • Some on-prem device
    • A couple of Hyper-V virtual servers
  • Ring central SaaS management
Currently moving all the endpoints to a cloud management system
  • Manage the transition off of Active Directory
Qualifications:
  • Proficient O365
  • Windows server 2019, Windows 10 and 11, MacOS (Catalina and Monterey)
  • Intune suite
  • Windows Autopilot &, Apple Business Manager
  • Proficient in managing hybrid environment
  • PowerShell
  • Cisco IOS
  • Meraki Dashboard & Ubiquiti dashboard
  • Experience working with Vendors
  • Knowledge of fiberoptic interfaces
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Graft (API) can learn this
  • Cloud Management, Barracuda email archiving
  • SolarWinds service desk & Dameware Remote Support
  • PM Skills
